Our Mission At Transcend Health & Fitness, our mission is to do devote our time to the successful attainment of your goals. Offering a diverse field of knowledge and implementing this knowledge into a practical environment, our trainers will assist, guide and ensure that you not only achieve what you set out to do, you Transcend Goal Specific Training Goal specific training requires each individual to be continually striving towards a goal. Before commencement of your initial training session you will sit down with your trainer and discuss both long and short term goals. Once these goals are established you will work collectively with your trainer to reach the targets you have set out following a specific timeline. At the beginning of every month you will be tested to monitor your progression and to ensure that the correct steps are being taken for you to achieve your goals. Whatever your goal is, your trainer will provide you with all the necessary imformation required to meet them. The effectiveness of the structures your trainer will implement will be determined by the amount of effort you put in. Remember we are the best in the business at providing you with all the necessary measures to achieve your goals but the magnitude of your results will ultimately be a reflection of the dedication and effort you put in yourselves. What happens if i fail to reach my goals? As previously outlined, testing will be conducted on a monthly basis according to your goals. If you fail to meet a set goal you will discuss with your trainer a number of variables that could have influenced this. You will then set new goals and recommence the same structure as you did so initially. What does it mean when I sign off saying that my trainer may advise me that I may be better suited training elsewhere if i continually fail to reach my goals? Consistent failure to reach a set goal can result in our trainers recommending that an alternative personal training studio or company may be better suited for you. There are many varaiables that will be taken into consideration before this outcome is enforced, with the first being whether or not we have assisted you as much as we possibly could have along the way. After this, the decision will more or less be determined from the amount of effort you are putting in whilst training here and more importantly in your own time. If at any time you feel as if you are not receiving the adequate support from us to successfully reach your goals, it is vital that you speak up. We are more than willing to assist wherever we can as your success is a reflection of our profession so we want you to achieve each and every goal you set just as much as you do. Remember, there are 168 hours in a week so if your training with us for 2 of those hours, this leaves 166 hours where we are not with you. You will need to be accountable for your own actions. Keep in mind, we will provide you with every bit of information you need to reach your goals and be there to assist in every way we can, the rest is up to you! Why we implemented such a rule There are two parties involved here. The trainer and the client. Anything achieved will be a collective effort between the two parties. The bottom line is, we don’t want to be wasting your money nor do we want to be wasting our time. There are hundreds of gyms/personal trainers out there that will allow you to come in week in week out without continually improving and if this is what you are seeking then it is probably best you go and see them. We believe that each trainer who works under the Transcend name to be the best in the industry at what they do. It is our job to ensure that you are receiving the highest level of service and are provided with the relevant tools to maximise the attainment of your goals.
