If you enjoy training in a group environment and love meeting new people then the Transcend Health & Fitness Boot Camps are for you. Based at a number of prominent locations around Melbourne, Boot Camps offer a diversified approach to Fitness Training, with the added pleasure of being able to enjoy the great outdoors.
How the Transcender Bootcamps differ from your generic Boot-Camps The participants will be broken up into 2 teams (Blue and Yellow). The 2 teams will then work together against the opposing team through a diverse range of activities including: Obstacles, Boxing, Speed Drills, Strength work, Core Stability work and team building activities. The sessions will be held at three different locations depending on the day. The locations will be: The Tan, Albert Park Lake and the Beach. Both the format and the location of each session will be given to each participant before commencement of the first session. The Transcend Health & Fitness Boot Camps run for a duration of 4 weeks with 2 sessions per week. Casual passes are also available. Session formats can be viewed by logging in with your username and password.
