Our team of exercise scientists at Transcend Health and Fitness offer comprehensive health and fitness assessments which will identify both strengths and weaknesses, as well as  indentifying any health concerns that may be present.  Through indentifying these, our trainers are then able to construct an appropriate training regime and nutritional plan that will place you on the right path to health living.
