Group training is a fantastic way to reap all the benefits that come with having a personal trainer, while keeping the individual cost to a minimum, making it an affordable solution for everybody out there.

Why not amplify the enjoyment of a training session by working with a group of friends.  Here you will have the pleasure of exercising with colleagues, whilst still experiencing the benefits of a carefully constructed program designed to assist each individual involved accomplish their specific intent.
Our group training sessions range from two on one training, up to groups of 10.  Larger groups can also be accommodated for upon request.
