I would just like to thank you for the time you have put into my training program.
I have always enjoyed training, however as I was getting older I was not as motivated and knowing that you were constantly changing the routine while continuing to focus on the areas of my fitness that I wanted to improve made it easier to commit and enjoy the workouts.
Following my knee replacement operation and the restrictions that lack of mobility placed on my exercise regime it was great that you were able to still set up a great program to help me work on my cardio, core strength and general fitness.
I enjoy our sessions and they are great value.
